The Program Department has been invited to attend Reviving Charity By Restoring Dignity at Lindenwood University this September 21-25, 2015 and we would like to extend that invitation to you!
Budget too tight? Not to worry! This event is free and open to the public. Don't have enough time? That's okay because you can register to attend just for a day!
The Reviving Charity By Restoring Dignity Symposium would be a great opportunity to network and take advantage of the free training sessions on non-profit administration and community development. Some of the workshop topics include welfare policy and non-profit training by Star Parker, head of the Center for Urban Renewal and Education, and Robert Lupton, author of Toxic Charity and Charity Detox. Attendees (non-profit agencies, social services agencies, churches, and governmental entities) will also have the opportunity to promote volunteer opportunities to Lindenwood University students and employees.
You definitely have nothing to lose and more to gain by going to this event! For more info and to register, check out the flyer attached or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
